Registration

In order to serve our youth well, it is important to have their basic information on file. Your registration fee defrays the cost of food, supplies, events... If your family is not in the position to pay the registration fee (see options offered on registration), please contact Paul Bevins directly. We never want money to be the determining factor on whether our youth participate in Youth Ministry. Please include your payment with your child’s completed registration. Checks: Please make all checks payable to “Holy Trinity” including “High School Youth Ministry” or “Middle School Youth Ministry” in memo. Submit at a Youth Ministry event or through the parish office.
High School Registrations: Due by October 30
Middle School Registrations: Due by November 4
